Front of the House Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a Front of the House Restaurant Manager for Jack Pine Bistro.

The successful applicant will be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensure the execution of special events and customer service, training and scheduling, and to actively participate in projects to exceed revenue goals to the food & beverage department.

Salary $35, 000.00 - $38, 000.00 / year (depending on experience).

Front Desk Clerk

We are currently looking for a full time Front Desk Clerk. The shifts will be 5 days a week either between 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm.

We are currently looking for a full time Night Auditor. The shifts will be 5 days a week from 11pm to 7am.

Room Attendant

We are currently looking for a full time Room Attendant. The shifts will be 5 days a week from 8.45 am to up 5.30 pm.

Chef De Partie

To ensure the quality of the food in the restaurant set by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Requirements are to know all areas of the kitchen restaurant ex: food cost, labor cost, portion cost, inventory, when to cut down on the prep, making mise en place lists for your staff. Good communication with the front of house, and other departments in the hotel, as well as the kitchen.

Line Cook

To ensure the quality of the food in the restaurant set by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Your role as a line cook is a extremely important to our success. You will be trained extensively on how to perform your job. Your speed and efficiency are imperative to the smooth operation of the kitchen and our guest. Your efficiency and consistency will help assure 100% guest satisfaction. You will be provided with high quality products and the necessary tools and equipment to complete your daily duties.
