Banff Winter Activities

Banff is perhaps best known for its winter skiing, which usually starts in December and continues through to May. Shuttles are available to the ski hills: Sunshine Village, Nakiska, Lake Louise, Mount Norquay and Fortress Mountain.

The Rundlestone is located on Banff Avenue, which is the town's main street, walking distance to many international clothing and souvenir shops, as well as museums and galleries. A huge array of restaurants, pubs and lounges are also downtown. Visitors can spend hours wandering the streets, nipping into shops, and grabbing a bite.
